The Pattern 1944 W. E. was produced from the end of WWII and made obsolete in the early 1990's. Made of sturdy, lightweight (lighter than Pattern 37) yet heavy duty cotton. It features and adjustable staple closure and loops for attaching a bayonet. You may choose from 2 variations: Early with only the lower set of C clips Later with upper and lower sets of C clips
