It has a decorative red zig zag stitching encircling it along the hemline. This wonderful winter petticoat skirt is a long tea length. It has a fitted wide drop waist with adjustable draw string at an an open V back along the waistband. It is in excellent clean wearable condition and is a rare find. It is unlined. The skirt measures 45 cm across the waist if the string is tied
