Mandhelmen werden door de ridderstand gedragen tussen de 12de en begin 14de eeuw. Hij werd o. a. gedragen tijdens de kruistochten. Hij is gemaakt met een dikte van 1,6 mm, voorzien van een natuurlijke canvas voering en een 2 mm neusstuk. De helm is geschikt voor reenactment battles.
