Best way to get a good fit is to measure around the circumference of the head (above the ears) but I have found the following sizes/ages to be about right

3/4 or long sleeves

Relaxed or slim fit leggings with cuffed waist and legs (if you would prefer the legs to be hemmed please drop me a message)

Matching knotted hats and bibs are also available under the accessories menu
