The wine is fermented in 1 and 2 tonne open fermenters

but the result is particularly tasty

The cool High Eden site brings lovely expression to Shiraz with mulberry fruits and fine minerality cutting a beautiful svelte figure

The initial palate of ginger, pear and beeswax is carried by a zesty acidic backbone. Excellent fruit weight on the palate and not too high in alcohol at 12. 6%. A delightful Pinot Gris that just asks to be consumed.
