AMS Soil Probe Kits Configuration:Sure-Lock Soil Probe They are particularly effective forAMS Soil Probe Kits collect quick shallow soil cores through a sample window in the probe body ideal for fertility, agronomic, and general profiling work. Push the probe by hand in soft ground or drive it with a hammer head cross handle in firmer soils. The Sure Lock kit adds a locking mechanism for controlled, repeatable sampling depths.
