It displays a beautiful, bright straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it develops elegant and delicate aromas, floral and fruity, with notes of white peach, pear, and apple, white flowers, jasmine, and chamomile. On the palate, it is dry and
