The Asenjo & Manso AM3 is a beautiful Ribera del Duero that comes from the estate’s youngest vineyard fruit
They have purposely tamed some of the Monastrell tannin for this wine but it is still quite grippy and really needs a hunk of steak or similar to sit along side your glass
The vineyard selected for the project was the Chapoutier suitcase selection
lemon citrus and florals with spice
