PVC Panel skirt Underwear/Bras/Bloomers and our PVC Booty shortsShown with our short PVC kimono and an older underbust corset style. Our basic PVC panel skirt is available in all our store colours! E mail us after checkout if you'd like us to change the length of the skirt (aproximately 37 40" from the top to the bottom)! Not sure what size you are? This skirt is only tight on the upper hips so if you are in between sizes we would reccomend you choose the smaller size.
