Hollick Nectar 375ml Size::12 Bottle Case the Brut Millésimé pairs wellBotrytis wines are made by Hollick Wines in extremely small quantities, and only in vintage years when the Noble Rot or Botrytis Cinerea appears naturally in the vineyards. Hollicks The Nectar wines are rich and sweet, with orange marmalade and honey overtones from the Botrytis infection. Balanced with concentrated fruit characters and a clean acid finish, this wine is excellent for right now while rewarding careful cellaring.
