Nepenthes (veitchii x platychila) x Redonkulas, CAR-0165 wk_end_auction BE-3322 comes from a cross

BE-3322 comes from a cross of 2 outstanding parents grown by Borneo Exotics and these plants are proving to be better growers than typical spectabilis

It’s a confirmed female plant with an exceptionally round and squat shape

we grow both a male and female clone labeled as ‘Lady Pauline’ so there could be multiple assorted clones in the mix

These plants should be grown as highlanders with good humidity though they may be able to tolerate a few months under intermediate conditions

or as a focal piece for a patio

Nepenthes (veitchii x platychila) x Redonkulas, CAR-0165 wk_end_auction BE-3322 comes from a crossThis one has the potential to be a classic! It's a cross between our elaborately flared (veitchii x platychila) BE and (Rokko EP x boschiana) x {[Rokko x (zakriana x spectabilis)] x Trusmadiensis} "Redonkulas". So far all offspring seem to be developing widely flared, striped peristomes. Pitcher body seems to vary from red to pink to yellow and is spotted. We expect the uppers on these to be even better than the lowers! Plants are all seed grown
