No Cure "It Is Going To Get Dark" beabadoobee "Pylon" Paolo GregolettoAlchemizing chaos into caustic and catchy heavy music, No Cure's new album It Is Going To Get Dark is rooted in airtight extreme metal, D. I. Y. hardcore and dyed in the wool Alabama spirit. Whereas their previous record embodied the Southeastern experience, the band's new album observes a world in decline. But No Cure don't simply stare into the abyss, they spit in its face, spewing potent and poetic sonic venom of their own.
