Cascina Delle Monache Bricco Della Lodra 2024 artadi aromatic scent with a distinctFrom a single west facing vineyard planted in 2016, Bricco della Lodra is made entirely from Dolcetto, one of Piedmonts most characterful native varieties. Bricco refers to the vineyards highest point, while Lodra (local for lark) pays homage to the bird that nests among its vines. Hand picked fruit is partly fermented as whole clusters and gently macerated for 15 days in concrete before ageing in stainless steel. The result is a vibrant Piedmont red
