Vintage Sunny Day Real Estate "Diary" T-Shirt RAP & R&B her sixth albumSunny Day Real Estate were a band from Seattle, WA founded in 1992. They were important in helping found the new style of emo that became popular in the 90s, jangly and sad and melodic. They released their debut LP Diary on Sub Pop in 1994, which has since become a genre defining album.
