The 2 bottom layers of petals are the same size. The top row is shorter and the petals make the flower fuller. The center is a round navy blue dome. The brooch measures approximately 2 7 8 in diameter and closes with a locking C clasp. This unsigned brooch is in excellent vintage condition.
