Solely picked from 100% handpicked Chardonnay Coal River Valley vines in Southern Tasmania

Sweetness is sublimated (grapey and rich and just a bit sweet) and sits fair and square in the middle of the palate

The fruit comes from a single block of Gingin clone Chardonnay (92%) and a small adjacent plot of Aligoté (8%)
