B12 liposomales Spray 59 ml NOW FOODS Proteine American Sea Buckthorn - 50In 1920, a study was published showing that consuming the liver of exsanguinated dogs significantly accelerated their recovery. Later studies found that, in addition to iron, there is another compound in the liver that alleviates the symptoms of anemia. It was vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is naturally found primarily in animal products. This vitamin is present in trace amounts in plants, so people with vegetarian or vegan diets are at risk of deficiency.
