Brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, wheat & a small percentage of rye sourced from the legends at Voyager Craft Malt which we ran through a low oxygen multi temperature mash schedule. We used a mix of German Saaz and one of our fav Aussie hops from Hop Products Australia Eclipse in the whirlpool. With 2 Crows head brewer and our good mate
